Gurdeep leads the Tax practice at CNPTax. Gurdeep is an international tax specialist with over 35 years of global tax experience including 12 years in the Middle East. More recently in the Middle East where Gurdeep, amongst other roles, was the Tax lead at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation for several years. KPC is the 6th largest oil and gas company in the world with over 200 subsidiaries globally. Gurdeep has over 12 years of experience in Singapore Tax practice having worked with EY, PwC and Grant Thornton. Gurdeep undertook his Legal and Tax education in the UK and holds a LL.M in Taxation from King's College, London with an Associateship in International Tax law from Queen Mary College, London. Clients of Gurdeep have included global MNCs within a variety of diversified industries including Hospitality, Global commodity players, Real Estate, Manufacturing and the Defence Industry. During his term with EY in the Middle East, his clients included the Government of Dubai primarily advising on global M&A activity for the foreign investments of the ruling family of the Emirate of Dubai.
